CPI - Social Compliance Supplier Auditor Training
The course duration is 4 days. The course is classroom based, with in-class group activities and an in-class Exam at the end of the 4 days.
On-line classroom sessions are a workshop format that includes the opportunity for discussion and individual activities. Throughout this four (4) day workshop the trainer will present concepts and examples, supported by workshop activities to illustrate how these concepts can be applied within an organisation.
Completing this course puts you on the pathway to becoming a social compliance auditor. You will then need to register with APSCA to continue that qualification journey. For more information, please refer to the APSCA website.

- Common Audit Criteria and Standards; Obtaining Objective Evidence
- Code of Conduct Elements and Auditor Professionalism
- Overall Audit Workflow, On-site Audit Procedure, and related tools
- Opening Meeting and Employee Interview
- Document Review regarding wages, working hours, social insurance, and others.
- Mock factory tour (health, safety, and environment)
- Closing meeting, Corrective Action Plan Acknowledge Report (CAPAR) Writing and Audit Report Writing

- Understand Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and their history and importance.
- Understand CSR Audit, the CSR Audit process, Audit types, Auditor Professionalism, safety and security.
- Understand the components of CSR Audits and common Audit standards.
- Understand the Audit process, including effective Audit preparation, opening and closing meetings, social
- Management systems and business ethics, site tours, management and worker interviews, worker records
- and payroll reviews.
- Interview and worker file review sampling techniques.
- Handling special situations and sensitive cases
- Understand risk management techniques.
- Write CSR audit reports and corrective action plan
