Terms and conditions for our open courses at Intertek Academy.
Intertek Academy's courses are based on publicly available standards and regulatory requirements and the understanding of its structure, which means that the impartiality of our assignments cannot be questioned.

Cancellation and rebooking conditions for our open courses.
Intertek Academy follows the standard rules of Utbildningsföretagen* when canceling open courses.
The registration is binding for the participant's company as soon as Intertek has accepted the booking and sent confirmation that the participant has been admitted on the course.
Cancellation must always be made in writing to Intertek. In case of cancellation 4-2 weeks before the start of the course, the client shall compensate Intertek Academy with 50% of the course fee. In case of cancellation 2-0 weeks before the start of the course, the client shall reimburse Intertek Academy with 100% of the course fee.
In case of absence, the place can, after consultation with Intertek Academy, be transferred to another person in the same company.
Intertek reserves the right to cancel a course, in which case all fees paid will be refunded in full. No further compensation will be provided.
Intertek will invoice the course fee approximately two weeks before the course starts.
We reserve the right to make changes regarding lecturers, program content, time and place.
Offer of the month
The offer is valid for one free participant from the same company as the paying participant, and can only be used once per course occation and company. The offer is only valid for online bookings made during the month in which the Offer of the Month is active, regardless of when the course take place.
Subject to course availablility. Cannot be combined with other offers.
Force majeure
Intertek Academy is not liable for damage due to Swedish or foreign legislation, government actions, acts of war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts or other similar circumstances. Nor shall Intertek be liable for damage in cases where the course must be canceled in whole or in part due to lecturer's illness. The reservation concerning strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts applies even if the company itself is subject to or undertakes such measures.
